wonderful calm environment
kind staff transit link calm environment
the staff were kind and helpful. excellent transit links connected to everywhere we wanted to go. the calm environment near the metro was great. plenty of cafe restaurants were also within a 30 minute walk. it was lovely.
the room was missing a hairdryer when i arrived, and the reception said there were none available.

the hotel features a beautiful garden and nice spacious modern rooms. the bed was also comfortable. bus stop to the center is nearby and the hemisfèric is within walking distance.

the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. the tasty breakfast was also a highlight. rooms had nice decor and were very clean.

inconsistent cleaning exposed pipes
The room cleaning was not consistent. Some days they replaced coffee capsules and water bottles, other days they didn't i found a thick layer of dust on all surfaces, rather unpleasant. the toilet was small and uninviting, the exposed pipes did not help. the noise from the reception area was disruptive, especially at night when guests returned late.

the room was a beautiful suite, and it included netflix on the tv. there was free coffee in the room. the staff were very professional and available.
the neighborhood appears somewhat peripheral.
